Before You Begin
We work with a trusted third-party production partner to print and ship all merchandise.
For any questions, issues, or return requests, please contact us first at whomadewhobrand@gmail.com before reaching out to our production partner directly. We are here to help and will guide you through the next steps.

Issues With Your Order
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If an issue is determined to be an error on our part or our production partner’s part, the replacement or refund will be covered at no cost to you.
To report a problem, please submit a problem report with details and photos of the issue.

Return Address & Processing
The default return address for all orders is the facility of our production partner (Printful).
When a returned shipment is received, you will automatically be notified by email.
Please note:

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If a return address other than the Printful facility is used, you become responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an invalid or incomplete shipping address is provided, the order will be returned to our production partner’s facility.
You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Customer-Initiated Returns
Please advise your customers to contact you (or contact us) before returning any item.

We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse.

Returns for size exchanges or product changes are at your expense and discretion.

If you choose to offer an exchange, a new order must be placed at your cost for the replacement item.
Customers in Brazil
Customers residing in Brazil have the right to request a return within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item.
They must provide a photo of the product. Refunds will not be granted if the product shows signs of use or damage, even partial.

EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Our production partner reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion under these conditions.

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations provided for convenience.
